Add docs/api-stability.md recording the three frozen 1.0 decisions: Color/Vector value semantics (#326), the edit() context-manager bulk-edit convention (#328), and subinterpreter exclusion (#330), plus a pointer to the api-surface snapshot test as the enforcement mechanism. Strengthen the PyColor and PyVector class docstrings to state value semantics as a frozen contract with the supported idioms (read-modify-writeback and whole-value assignment).
