10 feat: Window resolution & viewport controls [depends on Window object]

I don't really understand viewports or resolution all that well.

  • McRogueFace doesn't plan on implementing stuff like "split screen", but I would like to provide fixed aspect ratio
  • If a McRogueFace game is configured for a fixed (internal or "world") resolution, then the viewport behaviors should be available to provide that with "cinematic bars" on the sides or top & bottom.
  • Setting resolution from a menu
  • Setting a window size and solving for scale w/ fixed aspect ratio
